About

Invisible Injuries is a veteran-led wellbeing organisation delivering trauma-informed programs that support physical health, mental wellbeing, and community connection.

Our work includes yoga, breathwork, mindfulness, and skills-based self-regulation courses designed to be accessible, practical, and beginner-friendly. Programs are delivered by experienced facilitators who understand the lived experience of veterans, first responders, and their support networks.

One of our key collaboration efforts is our partnership with RSLWA, delivering RSL Active Yoga across multiple metro locations as part of RSL Active’s commitment to supporting veteran health and connection.

This booking platform includes both RSL Active sessions and Invisible Injuries in-house programs and events. Session details, dates, and eligibility are outlined within each booking option.

I have been attanding invis injuries with Andy for yoga on and off as myschedile allows over last 18 months.

Andy is engaging and insightful, he provides a variety of basic to advancd positions to help tailor sessions to individuals.

I always leave positive and feeling more limber.

Wow what a wonderful & very informative course. Red is a great presenter and has a very easy going teaching style. Looking forward to next weeks lessons. He makes a mean brew & a great ham & salad roll. Keep up the inspirational journey Red your on the money mate. Veterans looking after veterans there’s nothing better.

This yoga with Andy Fermo from Invisible Injuries is brilliant. It is helping with my chronic pain, flexibility, and mental health. I would recommend this yoga to anyone and everyone.
